Brief Project Description

Astra performed rehabilitation and expansion services on the north apron area situated on the north side of the Airport’s runway between Taxiway A2 and Corporate Row. A new Taxi Lane Connector was constructed between Taxiway A1 and Taxiway A2. Our scope consisted of bituminous pavement construction, earthwork, full depth pavement removal, and replacement, bituminous pavement milling, concrete pavement removal, new drainage infrastructure, erosion control, pavement markings, and airfield lighting and signage.
