Astra is a General Contractor with in-house grading and utility and Job Order Contracting (JOC) divisions headquartered Woodstock, GA. We have over 170 employees with three other offices in Atlanta and Savannah, GA, and Tampa, FL. We work for many public and private organizations including state, county and city municipalities, colleges/universities, airports, CIDs and national developers.
